Deji Adeleke is a serial entrepreneur and astute businessman with over twenty years of experience in building robust businesses across diverse sectors. He began his entrepreneurial journey as a teenager before traveling to South Africa. He holds a degree in Information Technology, Adeleke has amassed extensive experience in agribusiness, real estate, and waste management. His proficiency lies in leveraging innovation and resourcefulness to create successful enterprises and generate wealth while addressing critical societal issues.
A widely traveled individual, Adeleke has established a trail of thriving businesses, partnerships, and products across various sectors and continents. His Agriventures, includes Plush Organic Farms in Pretoria, South Africa, and Danice Pharms, in Kwara State, utilize innovative methods to cultivate herbs and raise livestock. Through his brand, Plush Organics, he oversees the production of 30 products processed in South Africa, and marketed internationally. He also grows Tropical Vegetables for the West African community on the farm in South Africa.
Deji’s deep-seated passion for his country and its youth has driven him to sponsor and implement numerous empowerment programs and initiatives. He firmly believes that investing in the potential of Africa’s youth is essential to unlocking the continent’s greatness. To this end, he co-founded the Jife Innovation and Leadership Foundation with his wife, Ife, focusing on revolutionizing the agriculture sector and providing coding programs to children in rural areas, leadership training, etc.

Ife Adeleke stands out as an astute educator with nearly two decades of unwavering dedication to the educational sector. Her tenure as a Professional Studies and Life Skills Lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa was marked by her profound commitment to teaching, mentoring, and nurturing the next generation of educators. Adeleke’s passion for education is matched by her fervent advocacy for emancipation through education and the empowerment of the girl child.
Beyond her academic endeavors, Adeleke has been instrumental in supporting various community organizations by facilitating life skills and financial literacy classes for young girls and women. Her contributions to local communities underscore her belief in the transformative power of education and her dedication to fostering empowerment and self-sufficiency among women and girls.
In addition to her educational commitments, Adeleke has co-organized the Plush Organics Spelling Bee for schools in the Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria. This initiative highlights her commitment to academic excellence and community engagement.
Adeleke is also the co-founder of Plush Organics, where she plays a pivotal role in managing the production and operations of the farm’s products. Her leadership in this capacity ensures the seamless integration of sustainable practices and high-quality output in the agricultural sector.

He serves as Senior Pastor of Hope Baptist Church and is the Chief Executive Officer of Center for Leadership Excellence for African Nations (CLEAN).
A well-travelled conference speaker and lecturer in civic and Christian leadership, Dr Mbu is also a career coach and mentor, specializing in building strategic partnerships that foster institutional growth, community transformation, and sustainable wealth creation.
