Leadership Training for Youth is one of the three mission areas JIFE Foundation names, and “empowered youth leaders” is one of the three outcomes its vision sets out.
So far that has reached young people through the foundation’s training programmes in Irepodun Local Government Area, Kwara State. In August 2024 the Summer School Training at the David Folayan Memorial Library in Iludun-Oro taught five practical skills over four weeks.
Trainers, mentors and organisers are what make a programme like that run.
